3.TO THE BUTCHER- IN A USDA APPROVED PROCESSING PLANT YOUR COW WILL BE HUMANELY HARVESTED, HUNG FOR 14 DAYS TO AGE, GIVING TIME FOR THE NATURAL ENZYMES TO TENDERIZE AND ENHANCE THE FLAVOR. THEN HAND CUT BY PROFESSIONAL BUTCHERS, PACKAGED IN VACUUM SEALED PACKAGING AND FLASH FROZEN.
